ADAM FRETWELL BSc
I'm a REPs level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer and I have a degree in Sports Science and Management from Nottingham Trent University.
I played cricket for Nutbrook Cricket Club for around 14 years as well as playing Squash and Badminton. I love getting out into the Derbyshire countryside for a walk or bike ride and I'm a member of Derbyshire Dynamos.
If it's getting muddy at bootcamp, a weight session or a gentle walk along the Nutbrook Trail, I love everything about health and fitness. If you put the effort in I will do everything possible to help you reach your goals.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Adam is really easy to get along with and makes the sessions fun as well as challenging. Over the last two years he has helped me to understand that exercising can be fun and not just hard work.
He makes sessions fun and enjoyable, they are never boring but at the same time he makes sure you work very hard and make the most out of your time with him.
The sessions bring together people from different backgrounds & beliefs & help find common ground......improving your lifestyle & fitness levels.
From day one there's been a brilliant family atmosphere at every training session. It's always been more than just a exercise! It's a chance to socialise, de-stress, support each other, and have a real good laugh. We aren't just gym members known by a number, we are a fitness family!
On the 1st March 2015 12 of us entered our first group event BlackLight Run at Donnington Park and we needed a team name to get valuable discount. The name was suggested with "Ilson" being the local slang for Ilkeston and "Glowsticks" because we had glowsticks to illuminate us along the run.
The name has stuck with us ever since.
