Fitness on Demand Finisher
The votes are in, there are three Mobility Drills to pick from to finish every group class in August. They're all nice and chilled out after a few months of challenging finishers. Check out the videos below to see which move you will take on out of T Spine Mobility, Spiderman Hip Rock and Adductor Rock back & Twist. If you're feeling like you're holding tension in your back from poor desk posture I recommend T Spine Mobility. If your Hamstrings or Hip Flexors are feeling stiff I would go for the Spiderman Hip Rock. Finally if your hips are feeling tight go for the Adductor Rock back & Twist. Which ever you pick there's 10 classes a week so plenty of opportunity to try them all.
