January Health & Fitness Challenge

As always, if you have any questions let me know. A few pointers for this month challenge -

  • 30+ minutes cardio = aiming to tap green and above so a run, Jeff, bike ride, rower session or join us for Tuesday night Cardio Blast.

  • 2 x Resistance workouts = grab your weights and have a good workout, if it's a simple 3 sets of 12-20 reps of a few exercises like goblet Squat, Deadlift, Bentover Row. Or joining us for VIIT or Circuit Training.

  • 20 min Mobility = foam rolling, stretching, massage gun, Yoga, Pilates.

  • Set a new Monthly MEP High = beat your current highest MEP earning month!

You should be able to download the challenge below as a pdf or save the image to your phone to keep track of how you're doing. I will also have a few copies printed out to collect at the gym.
