
Hello Medal Monday, I hope you're all safe and well. I can see on social media and fitness apps you're all making the most of the unlimited exercise and smashing out some amazing walks/runs/bike rides.
There's a big medal Monday congratulations this week and good luck to those working towards your medals.
Last month Julie destroyed the English Channel 21 miles challenge from The Conqueror Challenges.
It only took her a couple of weeks split over 5 sessions on her concept 2 rower.
Julie is now working towards the Inca Trail at 26.2 miles which is going to be split between rower and skierg.
I've got a surprise for you today. I've been to my studio for the first time since lock down and collected all your Training Rewarded medals! Keep an eye on your doormat this week as your medal might arrive for you to enjoy. I've also got all the t-shirt and hoodie order forms to get the tops ordered as soon as First Grade are back up and running.
