One happy trainer
First off Mark who is usually cycling or doing press ups for fun decided to jump on the rower to earn his Snowy medal. This medal requires a minimum of 5km any way possible. He got into a nice rhythm on the rower and finished 10km in under 50 minutes. He happily posed with the Cleaning Elf for his festive selfie. It wasn't the only medal he collected as I had the 2020 Miles cycling medal ready waiting for him post lockdown 2 for him to collect too.
Next Paul earning medals for fun this weekend. Saturday was a double medal day, a 10km run to earn his Snowy medal which also took him past 1000km for the year to earn his Finisher medal too. Not only was it a run that finished two challenges it was a 10km PB! Congratulations for a great run.
Paul then went back out on Sunday and earned his Pud Run medal with a 5km to recover from the 10km PB 24 hours earlier.
There's going to be a huge medal monday next week with the 30 members of the fitness family to earn their 2020 Ilson Glowsticks medal. Due to the fact I can't do indoor group sessions in tier 3 it might take me until next year to ge the medals to you all.
Check back next week to see if you're one of the luck ones.
