Hello Fitness Family there have been a few adjustments to some session times. They are now active on MyZone ready for you to book.
Wednesday Small Group Personal Training is now at 5:30-6:30pm (10 minutes earlier than before).
Wednesday Full Body Circuit Training now 6:40-7:30pm (10 minutes earlier and 5 minutes longer than before).
Friday 4:20-5:20 is now a Small Group Personal Training slot for that end of week de-stress before HIIT.
There will be a few more small changes in the coming weeks to the timetable so keep an eye out for the next update.
Will EMOM or AMRAP make a return? More live sessions added to the Fit by WIX app?
