This week it's a welcome back to my studio.

New Studio Layout
When booking on the MyZone app for group sessions the following equipment is in each space. Not all equipment is in used in each session but it will help you decide your space. Kettlebells, Dumbbells and Power Clubs are available in every space, I will distribute these if needed in the sessions.
Space 1 = Skierg - Step with 3 feet - 3kg and 5kg Medicine Balls.
Space 2 = Rower - Step with 2 feet - 5kg and 7kg Medicine Balls.
Space 3 = Narrow Step with 4 feet - 7kg and 9kg Medicine Balls.
Space 4 = Bikerg - Step with 2 feet - 12kg and 15kg Medicine Balls - Rig & Weight Bench.
Each space has a blue exercise mat, foam roller, ab mat & ab wheel, antibacterial spray and blue cloths.
All those who have been back in my studio so far for Personal Training or Group Sessions it's been brilliant to see you again. Thank you so much for following the COVID-19 rules I've had to put in place it's really helped me relax back into work after a stressful few months.
Doing the Skype sessions from my studio is going really well and it's great to see so many of you joining on there.
