Each workout is a step closer to your reward

Staring in January 2025 I introduced the Milestone t-shirts to reward your effort in the gym.

T-Shirts are earned at your 25th, 50th, 100th, 150th and 200th session with me. Every client will have their own log book at the gym to stamp your way to your milestone.

All T-Shirts are black with a coloured logo for each Milestone. T-Shirts will be available in Tech T-Shirt (Neoteric™ textured fabric with inherent wickability) or Cotton (100% combed ringspun cotton).

The more gym sessions you attend (Personal Training, Small Group Personal Training & Group Exercise Classes) the quicker you earn your Milestone T-Shirts while simultaneously adding exercise as a regular part of your lifestyle.

Once you've collected the t-shirt set it's time to dig deep and earn your Hoodie! A black Hoodie with your choice of 5 slogans.
