About Me
I'm a REPs level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer and I have a degree in Sports Science and Management from Nottingham Trent University.
I played cricket for Nutbrook Cricket Club for around 14 years as well as playing Squash and Badminton. I love getting out into the Derbyshire countryside for a walk or bike ride and I'm a member of Derbyshire Dynamos.

If it's getting muddy at bootcamp, a weight session or a gentle walk along the Nutbrook Trail, I love everything about health and fitness. If you put the effort in I will do everything possible to help you reach your goals.

A resistance class utilising the weights in the gym to build a stronger body.

Resistance training is crucial especially as you get older to help combat conditions like osteoporosis, while also helping keep you mobile for longer.

Burn
A cardio focused class using HIIT, EMOM or AMRAP workouts each month. There will always be one or two resistance exercises in these classes to promote power (e.g. kettlebell swing) or replicate every day tasks (e.g. farmers carry)

It's one to get your heart rate going and earning those MEPs.

Hybrid
A circuit based class with cardio, resistance and core elements.
