About Me
I'm a REPs level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer and I have a degree in Sports Science and Management from Nottingham Trent University.
I played cricket for Nutbrook Cricket Club for around 14 years as well as playing Squash and Badminton. I love getting out into the Derbyshire countryside for a walk or bike ride and I'm a member of Derbyshire Dynamos.
If it's getting muddy at bootcamp, a weight session or a gentle walk along the Nutbrook Trail, I love everything about health and fitness. If you put the effort in I will do everything possible to help you reach your goals.

I have three packages available from £100 to £2000. All are year long with different levels of advertising and client exposure from in gym TV adverts to monthly client awards & Prizes.

Terms & Conditions
Only one advertising space for each business/sports sector.
The TV adverts play on loop in both rooms of the gym so are visible to clients at all times. Each image stays on screen for 30 seconds.
* Only the Gold Package business logo will feature on Training Rewarded Blog posts. Silver, Gold, Platinum & Diamond Logos will feature on all other blog posts.
All T-shirts & Vests are purchased by myself from 1st Grade Clothing as required. You have nothing to worry about once I've got your logo.
Diamond Package client award - A staff member can come to the gym to give our the award each month. The cost of the Vouchers & T-shirts are included in the £2000.
