What is a Personal Training Workshop?

Kettlebells

A 12 week progressive program focused on a specific piece of gym equipment you love and want to learn how to utilise to the best of your ability.

From the basic deadlifts and goblet squats to kettlebell swings. More advanced long cycles and Turkish Get Ups. You will be able to go to the gym or train at home knowing you can perform the exercises.
