What are Workshops?

Kettlebells

A 10 week progressive program focused on a specific piece of gym equipment you love and want to learn how to utilise to the best of your ability.

From the basic deadlifts and goblet squats to kettlebell swings. More advanced long cycles and Turkish Get Ups. You will be able to go to the gym or train at home knowing you can perform the exercises.

Suspension Trainer

Learn a combinations of Push, Pull, Squat, Lunge & Core exercises. You will be able to go to the gym or train at home knowing you can perform the exercises.

Power Clubs

Power Clubs are the Kettlebell Cousin who will give your shoulders one big workout! From the basic Cast and Press moves to advance combinations with squats, lunges and rotation.

Sand Bags

Wanting to try something different to dumbbells and barbells? Sandbags are an amazing functional piece of kit to build your resistance training in a slightly different way.

Padwork for Fitness

Learn pad work combinations integrated with cardio and core exercises for a good stress busting calorie burning workout.
