Christmas Training Rewarded

There are three Christmas themed Training Rewarded Events up for grabs one last time.

All events are £5 entry with £2.50 going to charity.

The medals and associated challenges are as follows from left to right -

Snowy

A minimum of 5km any way you like in December. Go for a festive run or walk, jump on your rower or walking pad. This event supports Mind and there are 7 spaces.

Pud Run

Run 5km in one go in December. If it's along the Nutbrook Trail, at Park Run or on a treadmill at home. 5km run is a 5km run. This event supports Alzheimer's Society and there are 6 spaces.

Santa Dash

Run or Jeff a minimum of 5km in on go in December. This event supports Cancer Research UK and has 4 spaces.

If you want to join any of the challenges message me and I will get the medal to one side for you ready for December. Bring the money to the gym then I can put the £2.50 directly into the charity pots.

Each month in 2026 other medals will be available with walking, running, gym and MEP challenges. All will be £5 with £2.50 going to charity.
