It's almost time to earn the three Christmas Training Rewarded Medals.
Get yourself entered to an event or two and you will be in the mix to win a Training Rewarded T-shirt.
A minimum of 5km any way in December, a £2 donation will be made to Mind for completing this challenge.
Run a minimum of 5km in December, a £2 donation will be made to Alzheimer's Society for completing this challenge.
Run/Jeff a minimum of 5km between Christmas Eve and Boxing Day, a £2 donation will be made to Cancer Research UK for completing this challenge.
