The January Client Achievement Award goes to one of my newest clients.
She's racked up over 4000 MEPs in less than 3 months and will be earning her Bronze MyZone status by the weekend.
Every SGPT session she's eager to learn more about the exercise technique, intensity and everything about her health and fitness journey.
It's also been amazing seeing her confidence grow as she attends various group classes each week and has instantly become part of the team. It feels like she's been training with me for years, not just a few months.
So the first person to take home the Hollywood trophy in 2025 is.......
