Each month one member will win a £10 One 4 all gift voucher and be the proud responsible owner of the Hollywood Achievement award for the month before passing it onto the next lucky member.

Yes the award is actually from Hollywood but is worth so much more than a real Oscar! Because it means you've gone above & beyond in the gym, smashing your health & fitness goals, and encouraging others in the gym to achieve their goals.

There are multiple things I will be looking for each month -

Gym attendance
Monthly MEPs
Working towards your goals (muscle gain, Body Fat Loss, etc)
Encouraging others in sessions
Client votes (if you feel a member really deserves it you can anonymously vote for them at the gym)

It's time to get focused and consistent with your exercise, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and sleep.
